I wish i had never done business here. I went to their ATM for a cash advance. I got a receipt for $502 and no money. There are no markings on the machine to indicate who operates it (it is not in front of the building) and I usually decline a receipt. Luckily, I got one this time, because the address was on it. I walked over and explained my situation. I was told they had had a problem with that ATM but "thought" it was fixed. Well, obviously it wasn't ! I was then told to contact my credit union, TCU. I went there and waited a couple of hours to see someone and explain my problem. I was told that charge would be dropped. Well, two days later it was added to my account, in other words, I owe $502. After several calls to VISA, I finally got someone on the line who told me that it would take 10 days for the Visa fraud department to investigate. I should never have come anywhere near this place.
