They do not listen too consumer. They just want to sell a vehicle. Ran my credit without my permission . I just wanted to talk numbers before any decisions were made. Spent 2 hrs waiting to get a trade in price. General manager Chris wood stated trade value but did not go out and inspect vehicle. This place is rediculous lack of communication from sales people and management. Don't go here if you want to buy a vehicle.
