Awful salesmanship. Called AND went in to the lot to inquire about the price of a specific car, and both times the answer I received was "Oh, I don't know right off the top of my head... MAYBE low teens? Upper twelves?" Are you kidding me? Is this how you treat all of your customers? Go find out for certain and tell me, don't just say you don't know. It's fine though. I'll go take my business someplace where the employees are more professional and know what they're doing.
