Minshu's Threaded Eyebrows

My mom and I started going to the Plainfield location 7 or so years ago. Within the last year we had to make the move to the Avon location, which we have never really been exceptionally happy with. We are strong believers in eyebrow threading and because of this we come every 4 weeks. After our visit today, I will never be back. For the first time, I decided to get other parts of my face done other than my eyebrows. I was looking to get my eyebrows, upper lip, and contemplating between my chin and sideburns. I went ahead with the sideburns... At checkout I saw I was paying the same price for the 3 options as it would have been to get my full face which would have included my chin and forehead. Upon my explanation that I could have gotten the chin, as I had wanted, along with my forehead for the same price, she was rude and told me I could write it on the clipboard next time I come in. Well there won't be a next time, this is how businesses lose clients. The proper way to handle the situation would have been to initially recommend the full face or after check out offer the chin and forehead, considering I had just paid the full price.
