I took in a “new” trumpet to be re aligned only to find out there was a fair amount of damage that had been done to the horn in the past. I was told that bending the horn back could cost me more money because it could lead to more issues. Turns out... it lead to more issues and it cost me more money. When I picked it up the repair tech told me the horn was realigned with itself and that it was in better shape. In reality I ended up paying $125 to “repair” a trumpet that is not even playable now. When I took it in it played at about 90% and now it’s a solid 10%. When I asked if they’d like to take another look at it to see what went wrong, I was told to take it elsewhere. This place is a joke! Do not take your instruments here for repairs
