National Car Rental

I love it when a rental car staff is energetic. friendly, and helpful, even to the very last customer of the day! That was me! I always ask what my car options are when I get to the counter, and this time National delivered! I was offered a Nissan Rogue or a Cadillac XTS in place of my 'intermediate' car I had reserved. The Cadillac was the best part of my business trip! What an upgrade! Thanks!
