O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We have always had an extremely good experience at O'Charley's restaurant. Because of that I'm only dropping this rating by 1 star in spite of the bad experience that we had a while back. It was during a recent holiday. We had come there late, but made it there in time to come in and have dinner based on the hours listed on the internet. However, when we got there the doors were locked. Fortunately, there are a lot of good restaurants in that area and we were able to find one and have a wonderful meal.
