Old Navy

I love Old Navy. I shop at Old Navy all the time and I am respectful of the displays. I don't mess them up and I buy quite a bit. Today I had dealings with the 3 staff members who were immature, unprofessional, lacked Customer Service skills and who couldn't be bothered to help me. Heather, the business manager, has an air self-inflated superiority and arrogance and dismissive qualities about her which seems counter to the mission of the Old Navy. I dropped my clothes right on the floor and walked out in frustration from the disrespect I encountered. All is not lost because I'll be back but Heather will be folding a lot of clothes after I leave the store from now on. Old Navy is bigger than some of the small people that work there.
