PALMER TRUCKS

They hag my 2016 petebilt 579 for week with a def system problem and afyer repairs and a test drive they did not even check the coolant in the system. Which was almost 2 gal. Low. Now after 1 week from picking up my truck i am waiting on a tow truck because my truck is doing the same thing.

My PTO drive shaft came out from under my truck the men in parts got under my truck without any wait they said they have the parts in stock. They said they would fix me up and get me rolling. Mean while I see the boss Tom dumping garbage in trash bin. These people have a boss who wouldn't ask someone to do something he wouldn't do himself and it shows with the commitment the people have to excellent customer service...
