DONT DO IT!!!! What A RIPOFF.... Im not even a resident yet & have already been screwed out of 125.00 upon application process& holding fee for a unit that i was NOT even going to be able to get in the first place because i was told a document for employment would work for application process& purposes that was never going to even work in the first place. Of course they failed to state that before i went pulling my money out of the bank& purchasing money orders. I have been given nothing but the run around every since & have heard 10 different stories.... Unless you like paying for NOTHING just dont even attempt to do it is the best advise i can give you!!!! Dont give them your application fee& holding fee period!!! Keep looking elsewhere
