Parkview Huntington Hospital

This is the WORST hospital for labor & delevery! I am FURIOUS ! My sister was Pushing for 3 hours with no progress and obvious issues during labor, emergency C-section was preformed and the baby was swollen and bruised ALL OVER. And my sister is swollen and bruised as well ! They have not explained any important things to her yet and it has been 6 hours, they have not bathed him nor dressed him because the doctors said not to. I am extremely disappointed and outraged! Never going here again for any reason !

I called customer service to ask a question I was told "I can't answer any medical question" didn't even let me finish my question and was told to "get ahold of my primary physician" I continue to say it's not for me it's for my one year old son who currently has a 100.3 fever" get ahold of there pediatrician or get ahold of the pediatrician on call or take him to the ER " I say okay???!!! Thee opperater hangs up and was rude I've never had to deal with someone so rude and unwilling to help me figure out what I should do for my son thank you Huntington hospital for a great experience
