If I could give a zero I would. I don't understand how this place is still in business. The only thing they're selling is animal cruelty. These dogs are stuck in cages they can barely move in. (Same for the mice, they don't have proper enclosure) They also don't let these dogs out of the cage except to be seen by people!! They poop and pee in their cages and are sometimes covered in their own feces if it's busy. Some of these dogs are stuck in these cages for WEEKS if they're not bought. They're also standing on large wire mesh, it's got to hurt their paws after a while. They are being tortured, basically.

The Life of Taylor

DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF ANIMAL FROM HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE EMOTIONAL PAIN. **my story** almost every single person in my family has bought an animal from here and guess what.. every single animal has died. I bought a Guinea pig from here about 2 years back it ended up getting super sick and passed away not even 24 hours later. Here I am 2018 and I go into petland from time to time to look at the animals. First of all how do they think it's okay to keep 2-3 dogs in such a small space. The hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, etc. Are kept out for little children to grab them and squeeze them etc. No lid to protect them. The hermit crabs are suppose to have a moist environment but it's extremely dry. The fish well they're probably the only protected thing in that place that isnt suffering. But side note when one dies they just leave it in the tank. I saw the most adorable hamster here about 2 weeks ago and could not resist leaving him there so what did I do.. I bought him. Can you guess what happened? He got super sick and is now fighting for his life. Which he will not make it. I will never EVER buy an animal from here again let alone step foot inside this place again. This makes 2 animals I have bought from here that have passed away with symptoms that are relatively the same. Please save yourself the emotional pain and shop a petsmart or somewhere else. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Also if you want to look at a dog and play with it be prepared for the old lady named Barbra to come at you wanting to see your license and being super rude all around. Didn't even have the dog in the playroom for 2 minutes before she was quick to take it away. If I could give zero stars I would. This place does not even deserve 1 star.

Worker says that dogs should been nutured due to possible infection and sickness. I tell her I don't believe In that and had they been intended to not have genitals then they wouldn't be able to procreate. In adidtioa expensive and none are akc. Low life place
