Placed a carryout order online. Waited ten minutes and when I arrived at the store (another ten minutes) and went to pay they had trouble finding my order. Amazingly they found it. I was then told it would be 20 minutes because the"maker" was pulling double duty. This was as I was watching several delivery orders go out the door. What they said was they were pulling double duty, what I heard was we weren't paying attention and missed your order. Highly disappointed, they don't respect my time. But they ensure their drivers get their orders. Another guy just came in behind me and was told the same thing. So what did I do with the 20 minutes.... I wrote this.
