I deposited my payroll check using the ATM machine. The bank has lost the check and now I cant use my ATM debit card or have access to the money due to the fact that everything has bounced been charged late fees and they say it can take up to 10 days to reconcile my account. This is incredible.
My mistake is that I don't have my transaction record.
This is ridiculous and there customer service stinks. Time to change banks and have a bank that considers you a person not a number.
