We wanted to have a custom built house to accommodate ADA in lieu of having an existing home retrofitted. We met with the draftsman and designer twice to discuss plans, but certain customizations were never included with the plans, which resulted in site supervisor saying "I was never informed." Certain selections we made were unavailable at time of building. The master shower was built incorrectly resulting in water leaking thru walls and into closet. The 2nd shower had a leak resulting in water leaking up thru floor and elsewhere. The plumber found that the leak in the master shower was due to the builder driving a nail thru one of the pipes. The 2nd shower leak was from the drain not being installed fully. About 3 months after moving in, water is coming up thru the shower and garage drain. The plumber "fixed" twice, but still having problem. Still waiting for builder to fix master bathroom and damage from water. Have called multiple times with no response. Contractors have contacted to fix, but repairs are not in order. Many other attention-to-detail issues throughout. Poor quality and customer service.
