Absolutely awful treatment, walked in to inquire about room for the night for my birthday and was treated with disrespect, laughter and blatant staring at scars I am covered in from a childhood accident. Immediately left, woman said she had worked there for 10 years, clearly not cut out for her job as a customer service rep because she lost business. Awful,
