Bought my Samsung TV off of Amazon at a great deal, but right out of the box had issues. Called 1-800 number to get it straightened out and this company was contracted to fix it. Great outfit. Work schedule keeps me and the wife gone most of the day, but these guys came out late evening when it was convenient for "us" and replaced our LED screen under warranty. Ryan and Daniel were great and very professional. Had the job done in 45 min flat. If your big, expensive TV ever goes south on you and it's covered under warranty, better hope this outfit is the one contracted to fix it.
