I thought that the donuts were amazing but I wanted to talk to a general manager but he wouldn’t come out and talk to me and sent his employees to talk to... it’s sad because I heard him say “I don’t want to deal with this guy... you go do it.” It makes me pretty upset and want to stand up for the employees because they were all amazing especially the young lady.. I think her name is Kira? I can’t remember her name tag, but I think that’s it. Anyways she was so sweet and informative about everything I asked but still the fact that I heard the general manager say it doesn’t want to deal with a customer is pretty embarrassing if I say so myself. You are there to HELP customers and not hide in the back and ACT like you’re too busy to help! So next time I come in, I would really appreciate it if you would show so customer service skills because to me, you are absolutely terrible and I hope your employees have a better boss coming their way soon!
