The store is not bad, but is currently going through a remodel. Lots of construction.
I ordered a laptop on November 11th only to get an email on November 19th that stated they oversold the laptop and they did not know if they would get anymore. I called and talked with a supervisor named TJ, followed up and asked that I could trade out the laptop with another of similar price. I was told yes and to call back with a particular reference number and they would get it switched out. When I called back and talked with Diana, with the model of the laptop I was told somebody has to approve this in another department. I asked if I could contact that department, I was told to call back on Monday and they would let me know. I called back today and was told it would be at least Wednesday so I asked if I could contact that department and she said that they did not have phones. I then explained that I was disappointed getting the run around and that I was going to cancel my membership. She said ok. I am glad I don't work for a company that has so many customers that they couldn't care less if they lose some. I was helped by someone who gave me the option to of three different laptops. I then called today to find out a status of the order and they told me they have no record of this.
Always a pleasure to shop here. Great service, convenient parking, handicap accessible, and the new store update is really nice. We make a stop at the cafe an regular event almost every trip here.
