The manager is great! Working with the self seeve kiosk is a different story. It didn’t honor my online reservation nor my discount. Wasted almost two hours of my time, not to mention that time that I could have spent moving. Had to go to Storage Express and they had a much more simpme and smooth move in process. Recommend going during business hours when Melissa is there. She helped me move in my previous rental and her service was excellent.
