Spam. They send out emails saying they "LG Premium care" for my TV. When I look at the fine print(microscopic disclosure at the end), it says 'Service net LLC is not associated with LG or its products'. It's a trend these days that's happening across the service industry. You buy a car, you would be spammed with phone calls and emails saying "Premium Ford care" or "Premium Chevy care" and when you look these are a bunch of guys who are not even associated with the company. Snake oil beware!
