I chose Dr. Turkle to perform my breast lift w/ augmentation and full tummy tuck in March 2016. The experience so far has been horrible. I was originally quoted prices to include everything from medications to scar treatments and garments. The day after my surgery I expressed to Dr. Turkle that the compression bra I was placed with is to big, after already having paid for it her responce was "that's ok you can buy a smaller one from walmart if you think you need to". The compression garments for my stomach the zippers busted on it 3 days post op. These garments were $85 dollars, and I recieved no reimbursement or additional garments from Dr. Turkle office. The Medication post op cost over $300.00 that I was not prepared for, and I was originally told by Dr. Turkle nurse I would not need to stock up on gauze or anything as I would have no dressing changes, also wrong, 4 weeks later I am still wearing the gauze. I was scheduled for 2 post op visits 4 weeks and 8 weeks out. At my 4 week check up I was accused of missing an appt and told that I should have already removed my tape and started scar treatment, when I showed Dr. Turkle the email her staff sent me scheduling the appt 4 weeks out her responce was "oh well, we will just act like this is your 2 week visit". The scar treatment I was forced to purchase was 2 bottles at $31 each the size of a fingernail polish bottle to be used on incisions 3 times a day, both bottles will probably last a week. I worked so hard to follow instructions by the book weeks leading up to my surgery, and I feel like the post op care I am receiving is horrible! I cannot get questions answered other than "whatever you think" and feel like when I do see the doctor I am rushed in and out like im a nusence not a patient that just paid her over $13,000.00 in cash. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone due to the post op care and treatment I have recieved and the way it has affected the outcome and results of my procedure.
