Despite the scathing review I just read, my experience was much different. I found him to be quite honest and willing to work with us when it came to adjusting terms of a lease. I have dealt with many property managers both as a home owner and as a lessee over the years and I am typically very suspicious of them based on past experiences but he surprised me when we closed out the house with him. When there were issues with the house that we rented from him and major repair had to be made he adjusted the rent in our favor for the inconvenience and I didn't even ask him, he did it voluntarily. I think that if you rent through him you should be fine and you should not have to worry that you will be gouged by having your security deposit withheld or partially withheld so long as you leave the place as it was when you first took it over. As prior army I have dealt with many shady property managers over the years and I am pleased to say that he is NOT one of them.
