If I could give zero stars I would but to be treated the way I was by a manger no less. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes 2 go walks 2 sneakers 1 children's 1 adult for my children to go back to school later same day the kids both found a pair of shoes they liked better so I wanted to return the 2 pairs of sneakers. I live an hour and a half from the store but happened to be in area I went to the store and did not realize the receipt was not in the bag. the boxes and the tagged never worn shoes were in the bag. I paid with a debit card and used my elite membership. I went to the store at Castleton square where I encountered a sad excuse for a manager named Patrick who came out very inappropriately dressed and was very rude when I asked about making the return explaining the circumstances of living so far etc he said I dont know what you want me do
yes I realize the poor use of grammar but that is how he spoke - when I inquired about looking up with the debit card or the membership he scoffed at me now after many years of working retail I had enough of this attitude I asked for the number for corporate at which time he rolled his eyes at me scoffed again and read me off a number not even enough courtesy to write it down. Wow after that experience I will return the shoes to another store and never buy Skechers again and I understand it's difficult to find employees but they may want to revisit the associates they choose to have represent the company.
