Sneaker Heads

Go here at 10:55 today to get my husband some shoes. It’s now 11:18 and we are still waiting for someone t show and open the door. The door signs clearly says opens at 11. Tried calling multiple times, just keeps ringing. Very irritated. We drove 35mims, passed other stores just to come here because we heard it was the best. Very unprofessional.
