Went to switch my phone plan to Sprint from a different carrier. This store was not a good first impression of the company. They were understaffed, computer systems were not working properly and the team did not communicate well. All said and done it took about 20 minutes for someone to talk to me and 2 hours to get in and out of the store only to realize that I was given a different color phone that what I asked for. Not a huge deal but little things here and there made this a negative experience for me. Would recommend going to a different storefront if you are considering Sprint.
