So I stepped on my phone a few hours ago. Completely gone but pretty old anyways. I go to the Sprint store by my house and they are closed several hours early. There's a guy in there and a note on the door that says "Sorry about the inconvenience but we are taking inventory and will be closed the rest of the day". I'm not really sure what to think about that. Maybe they could do it after hours? But it does let me know that the one time I needed them they weren't there. I guess since I get another day to find a new phone I'll take this opportunity to find a new carrier too.
