Sprint Store

I have had nothing but terrible service since I have switched to Sprint in December 2017. Worst mistake I have ever made. The customer service is awful, and so is their cell phone service. I was lied to about my bill and after talking with the manager, he agreed to fix the issue. I was happy about that, except for the fact it took them 3 months to credit my account. I spent weeks trying to figure out what was going on and all I was told is "it's been approved". I'm glad I got it all in writing, because the managers word is not as bond as he said it was. Anyone who gets a promise or guarantee from this store, ensure you get it in writing. Onto phone service. Sprint coverage is by far the worst I have ever had. Straight talk is even better than Sprint! I constantly drop calls and cannot even view an internet tab while on a phone call. Data is extremely slow, and cannot browse internet at decent speeds unless connected to Wifi. Sprint is a horrible cell phone company and once my service agreement ends, I will be moving far away from sprint.
