Merely ONE hour prior to my today's departure to Indy airport, I received a call saying that today's shuttle service has been cancelled due to the "bad" weather. Lafayette Limo was operating fine, despite this "bad weather", though. At this time Lafayette limo and shuttles to ORD are basically fully booked despite some evening trips, so the only option that is left to me is to reschedule my flight. Think twice before travelling with Star of America. UPDATE: I had a very hard time contacting the company. They never responded to my email. Fortunately I paid by Paypal and was able to get a refund after about a month.

If I could give less than one star i would. First of all I waited at the airport for an hour just for the shuttle to be late, but whatever, every bus/shuttle is a few minutes late. Then the bus driver proceeded to ask if anyone was going to Bloomington when i clearly said i was, he smiled, nodded his head at me, walked to the drivers side of the shuttle and drove off. And don’t call to complain because the staff is completely rude, the lady on the phone argued with me, belittled me, stated it was my fault and told me she could not give me a refund, and i would have to wait 2 hours for the next shuttle. I understand perhaps the driver possibly didn’t hear me (though I’m a rather loud person and the lady beside me even heard me) what really rubs me the wrong way is the lady on the phone who basically called me stupid and offered me no real solution. NEVER book with them unless you enjoy crying in the cold at the airport. This will be the first and last time they receive my money.
