Steak 'n Shake

We came in with a larger group....10 people. We were seated promptly. We sat for over 20 minutes before we were asked about drinks or ordering. People seated after us were already getting their food. The bathrooms were filthy and there were no paper towels. Our order, when it arrived over 30 minutes later, was cold and many of the dishes were missing or wrong. The staff seemed to be honestly trying their best but appeared incredibly disorganized. We were visiting from out of state and don't have Steak 'n Shake where we live. It is a favorite for us. We will never return to this one. We were sorely disappointed in the food, the atmosphere and the service. We sincerely hope we just caught your restaurant at a bad time.

Steak 'n Shake's new online ordering was convenient and easy to use. But I wasn't sure if I could use the drive thru or go inside to pick up my food. Overall an O.K. place to eat.
