Steak 'n Shake

Oh my gosh, what a let down. After 20 minutes waiting in line we got our food which was not what we ordered. Two # 15 combos turned into Chili- Mac and fries. I went into the restaurant to correct the order and was confronted by a employee who said they overheard the drive through and our order is correct. I told him we didn't want the food and we would wait for our correct order. He recommended we wait in our vehicle; 25 minutes later they brought out the order which was cold.
