Hate this place with a passion. Only reason why i have it is because my mom doesn't want to switch company's. My bill is extremely to high for two phones *$200 a month*!! Without unlimited data and stuff. ITS OUTRAGEOUS. But they do have good friendly workers, only good part about going in there.
I called to find out why I have had no cell service anywhere in the city of Jeffersonville in almost 2 days. A young woman answered the phone, I described the problem I was having, she told me that this was not a T-Mobile store and I had the wrong number. I called back from a different phone, this time not saying anything and the same girl answered "Hello, this is T-Mobile." I asked "Hi, I'm wondering why I have had no cell service in almost 2 days." She hung up on me instantly. Extremely unprofessional. I ended up having to just call T-Mobiles' Customer Service for help. If you have a similar experience, I recommend filing a complain against her. People like this should not work for a company that prides itself on customer service.
