The absolute worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had, and I’m not one to complain! I ordered a Seven Layer Burrito, Fresco style. At first, I received the wrong order entirely - something with beef and cheese on it. Second, I received a Seven Layer Burrito with sour cream on it. I returned that, only to AGAIN, receive one with sour cream...and they said “no, that’s just the liquid from the guacamole” ...when it was clearly sour cream. Wrong order three times; this is absolutely unacceptable.
