This Taco Bell is awful! In the near past, twice they had to say to the drive-in line that there would be a 20-25 minute wait. When I asked at the window what the problem was, the lady said they didn't pay their employees much and so couldn't keep help.
This visit, I requested two sacks and didn't get them (they "forgot"). When I got to the window, the young lady looked at me and said "yes?" I had to say I needed to pay and pick up my food!
These employees are weak, but it's not their fault.
This is a management issue. Mgt. needs to train employees better and pay to get good help. Ugh! Awful place!
