Tire Barn

Don't go to this store... Especially if Will is at the counter. We didn't have a good experience at this location. First, the prices we researched online (from tire barn) did not match the prices we were quoted. This was ignored at the counter and was brushed off as not accurate. Also, no hidden fees are not as straightforward as claimed. The sales associate had a lot of liberty in applying discounts of various amounts. Obviously, these discounts were only applicable to the most expensive tires. This didn't match online values as well. The sales associate name was Will. He was not professional. He made negative comments about the car and even made jokes about my intellect. He also was pushy and condescending. The biggest thing he did was harass my wife, which is not appropriate. He did not address customers in the appropriate order. In all of this, he claimed that he provided great customer service. Overall we felt ripped off and treated poorly as customers. We would have left, but didn't want to continue to drive on a spare that was low on air. I will take my tire needs to other providers now.
