The first experience we had went well. Pizza was about Papa John level, nothing too exciting. However, tonight we have been on the phone for 24 minutes without anyone answering even! I tend to be calmer than my husband, we were driving so no big deal. You do think that someone could’ve at least answered and asked us to hold... I said it’s your birthday, let’s just drive there and it will be great. We drove there, only 1 person was in the place as a customer! And to make matters worse there was only 1 employee working!! Running the money, running the pizza making. It’s 6pm dinner time! We didn’t stick around to see if he even washed his hands. Not a good customer service experience for a brand new place! I gave you two stars as an average of the two visits! Needs to work on customer facing etiquette!
Toppers is the best! I live in deep Noblesville and will drive to get the Tottza from them. And The assistant GM Ariana is the prime example for customer service! It shows thay she truly cares and loves what she does. Lifelong repeat customer for sure. Also I walked in and Ariana took the time to show kids how exactly they make the pizza and toss the dough! It was a fun experience to walk into..
