I had the opportunity to try Towne Market's food at an office catered event. Everything I tasted was delicious! The staff was patient & friendly and easy to work with in ensuring we met the needs of our large group.
Below is a list of the MUST try items (and to think there is so much more on the menu i havent tried yet):
- smoked salmon.... buy it by the pound and top your bagels, salads & sandwiches. i'm still drooling over this item
- bison chili
- prairie pie
