From the moment I walked in the door I received phenomenal customer service! The guys there are extremely nice, knowledgeable and seem to really care about the customer. It really helped when purchasing a new vehicle (that I love!) I will be going back to them th next time I buy a vehicle and I will be highly recommending them to my friends and family! I also like their place, it’s so customer friendly, has WiFi, TVs and a play room for kids. I’m confident I made a great choice with choosing them as my new automotive dealership.
Traded up to a 2015 Camry which started poorly the day I picked it up, and was told had been setting on the lot a while and we had 30 days or 1000 mile warranty. Car set for a week due to having a Company car. Drove the car Fri. night and almost didn't get home, call dealership Sat. morning and was told to bring it in Tues. Camry in shop 3 day and so far unable to fix it. Car had been driven 3 days and in shop 3 days.Told sale I would like another car, picked a 2017 Camry with less miles. Was treated like I brought in a junker off the street, given less than I had paid for the car and only drove it less than 600 miles, less than 2 weeks. Very Poor sales management behind the wall. Never would come out and talk to me directly. Salesperson was good, his hands were tied. We feel it a used car has a warranty this deal should has started over from the beginning. Alan Ewer
