EDIT: the following review from 2016 is regarding former management of R&D Motorsports, now Track and Trail Powersports. Until current management decides to quit telling me that I'm wrong and instead reach out to me directly about this review, this will remain 1-star.
----
Never hire R&D to service your vehicle, unless you enjoy being warned of a problem with your motorcycle AFTER they've already charged you for the service.
I purchased a new tire through them, and took advantage of the complimentary tire installation on my '96 FZR 600. When the work was completed and I paid, they then informed me "We would not let you ride this bike home, since the custom swingarm is not safe in the least."
First off, why didn't they just call me and ask me this BEFORE they installed the tire?! When I asked the owner this, his response was, "Well you should know your own bike."
No, I bought it used, that's why I bring it to you, the professional, the mechanic.
"So are you calling me dishonest?" YES. YES, I AM.
So, I had a brand new tire on an alleged not-safe-to-ride bike, and I couldn't return it. Fantastic. If that sounds like an experience you'd like, please, by all means, take your ATV to R&D. They won't fail to disappoint.
