Staff at the front desk overall, very nice and helpful. So here are the problems. Not cleaned very well. Bugs can be an issue. Free Internet is a good amenity, but only one access point for 200+ rooms and it gets bottle necked often. Televisions are outdated. Beds are good in some rooms. There is a convenience store in the hotel which is great, but the prices are well overpriced. Heat works well. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The ownership needs to update their better business practices, which can go a long way in the comfort of hotel guests.

The motel is horrible and the showers stink the water is ice cold and the boiling hot no in between. The staff are not very helpful and your own property can get stolen and has been stolen. Becarful don't leave your most important things in your room without being locked up.
