I've never really had a problem with this site. Straight to the simplicity of sending a piece of mail. However, a few things need to change to make it that much easier at operating without "manning." First, they should have a sign/ poster somewhere the gives the current price of a regular postage stamp for a letter or postcard. There was nothing to find the current price of a postage stamp. Secondly, the red phone that should ring right into the main office, should probably work, so then customers are able to ask questions and verify information. Kind of defeats the purpose in having it there if it doesn't work.
