I have used hundreds of UPS stores during my business travels over the years. This one was the absolute worst. I stopped in on September 8th around 11 AM. The elderly lady who is working the counter was completely incompetent. She took about seven minutes to check out the man in front of me who was simply sending one package, nothing special. She had no idea how to use the computer to print my documents. She offered no apology only that "I don't think it's gonna work.". What? Avoid this place at all costs.
