I went to USA Bridal in September and absolutely loved it. My consultant was Clover and she was extremely helpful the entire time I was there, so I decided that's where we would get the bridesmaid dresses. I scheduled our appointment and everything was fine. When wever went in, the lady told us our consultant would be Madison and that we could start looking for dresses. Fast forward 20 minutes, we still hadn't seen her and we're standing there with arms full of dresses ready to try on. We finally find her and she takes us back to two dressing rooms and then walks off, pretty much without saying a word. It seemed like she had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She seemed mad the whole time. When I asked questions she either didn't hear, or ignored me. My bridesmaids were frustrated and so was I because I went on about how good they were there. When we left we realized she didn't specify which color so we had to go back and tell her the colors, and then when we finally left and had been gone for a while I got a phone call to verify things that we had already told her. It just seemed like she didn't pay any attention at all. I know people have off days, but the experience was definitely not as good as my first one and it has definitely changed my mind. It's just seemed like everyone was snobby this time, which makes everything far more stressful in an already stressful situation.
