I spoke with owner on Monday stating my ac wasn't working and if he could come out. He stated that he was busy and that he could come out Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday came and no show, no call, no answer -my calls went straight to voice mail. I left message to please call me back as a courtesy to let me know if he would be showing up tomorrow since he didn't show up today. Thursday came and the same thing. It is very unfortunate how unprofessional this company is and how poorly I was treated to be ignored. A simple courtesy call could have been made. I will never call this company again and will take by business to a deserving company.
