Customer service is HORRIBLE!
I switched from Post paid to prepaid, and was told my service will stay active until I receive the new SIM card. But the next day, I lost my service. Then I went to the store to activate my prepaid service, then they told me my account was deactivated because of some kind of device fraud!! The device I bought I paid for, NOT through Verizon, via Apple store. Then they told me I’ve to get a new number since I couldn’t get my old number back! They wouldn’t even help me because it was a prepaid service and they don’t deal with prepaid. They made me call Verizon prepaid while they assisted other customers. So had to pay extra to activate some service on the account. And there was a change to my service I had, International Calling, without even notifying me... Then I decided to switch to AT&T. Then I got an email saying that remaining Verizon balance is due by the 04/23/2018, but it was automatically deducted from my account without any kind of notification!
