After being very pleased with our purchase from Kia of Muncie just this past June, we returned to our associate Colton when we surprisingly found ourselves back on the market for an additional car for our family in September. While our needs were quite unique and we were not necessarily planning for the purchase of another vehicle, Colton again took the time to find the best fit for both our family's needs, safety, and budget. Knowing we had a drive ahead of us to get to Muncie, Colton again had 2-3 options ready for us when we arrived. While we did not pick one of the exact models he chose, we ended up with something very close to what he had picked, but had just arrived to their location as a newly used trade. It was perfect for what we were looking for however wasn't quite ready for the sales floor. Yet again, Colton and the VW team went above and beyond by quickly detailing and maintenancing the vehicle over the next couple days. Even better...they offered to deliver the vehicle to our home. Such a beautiful surprise for our dear family member when she came to our home and realized this was for her! We again could not be more pleased with not only Colton but the entire staff who assisted us in making this happen!
