I ordered a blue ombré cake (the ocean) and green cupcakes (palm trees) for my daughters Moana themed party and after at least 20 minutes of detailed discussion I felt sure it would be exactly what we were looking for. Wrong. Apparently she wasn't paying attention to the picture we were looking at because the cake was one solid shade of blue. And I know that sounds like a silly complaint since it was, in fact, still blue but, the ombré effect is what was going to make it look like an ocean. My daughter really wanted an "ocean" cake and she got a "pool" cake. She's 5 and she saw the difference. When I pointed out the problem she said it wasn't written down to be ombré and didn't offer to fix it or anything. I'll be going to Baeslers from now on.
