My sofa came defective. I paid my own delivery person to pick it up from the store. But when I called, they told me I would have to bring it back to the store for an exchange. Or I could pay $127 delivery fee to have it exchanged. I will pay my own person again to return the set and will never buy from this place again. I love the furniture but don't think I should have pay for delivery since it's clearly defective.
Still waiting for that call. I sent you my info over a week ago. I didn't return the furniture last weekend because you wanted to talk about it.
