Wingstop

I have ordered online from this location at least 8 times since they have opened. Each time, I ordered the wings well done, however, only once out of the 8+ orders did they cook the wings well done. There is no comment section when ordering online to reiterate that I would like the wings cooked well done, or I would've utilized it. When picking up, there seems to always be a jam around the soda machine, as there is only one, and it's the push button style that takes time if you don't know exactly what you want. It's a small place, but not laid out very well.

My kids wanted chicken wings. I called to place an order and the lady who answered the call was very rude and sounded as if she didn’t want to be at work. I don’t want nobody serving my kids food with that kind of attitude. I hung up... no thanks! It’s a shame, place just open and bad customer service. If you Don’t like your job get a new one to the lady working on Thursday at 7pm 3/1/18. My kids said “Thanks a lot!”
