This is a nice review and I've had to come here for the voucher program too years back and yeah they are very rude. I understand that they have alot of hoodrats and trashy folks that come there with stank attitudes and who most likely abuse welfare, but those caseworkers don't have to act and treat people so badly. There are so many people there trying to get jobs and get their kids signed up for free daycare and stuff so I think these caseworkers are probably trained to be evil towards clients so they would feel so bad about being there so they won't have so many people apart of the government system. I had to deal with an old and obese black woman there before. Not only was she mean, but would laugh at you in your face about your issues, how much money you made, where you work, where you live, and would try to get all in your personal business. No wonder they have atleast 1 or 2 sheriff cars parked out front because I'm sure people go off on those caseworkers everyday after being provoked and talked down too for so long.
